The Marketing Association’s NZ Direct Marketing Awards has unveiled its 2017 shortlist, ahead of the awards dinner ad winners’ announcements at the Cordis Auckland (formerly the Langham) in March next year.

The shortlists, which come in three divisions – Industry & Channel, Nexus, and Craft – were headed by JustOne (with 12 finalists), followed by FCB and Track/Rapp (9 apiece), Colenso BBDO (8), Loyalty NZ and Affinity ID (6 each), Chemistry Interaction (5), Done By Friday and Skinny Marketing (4 apiece).

The minor players were 99 and Young & Shand (2 each) – and Y&R Media, Plato Creative and Vanguard 86 (1 apiece).

This year, along with entries being received via the new online portal, the judging is also being completed online.

Winners will be announced on Thursday 1 March 2018 at the Cordis Auckland. Tickets cost $215+gst.
