Australian-based ICD Property has appointed Boyd PR Auckland to manage its communication requirements in New Zealand.
The appointment of BPR follows ICD’s purchase earlier this year of the former Sky City-owned carpark in Federal St. The company has plans to develop the site into a hotel and apartment complex.
BPR MD John Boyd said: “We will be working with ICD on an international design competition that brings together five of the world’s top architects to create a design for the Federal St space, as well as undertaking stakeholder engagement and event management.
“ICD have created some fantastic developments in Australia including the EQ Tower in Melbourne that was Awarded Best Residential High-Rise Architecture at the Asia Pacific Property Awards,” Boyd said.
“ICD is passionate about creating a landmark development in Federal St and we look forward to working with the team through the various stages of the project.”
