NEW YORK, Tuesday: After overseeing Clemenger Group New Zealand operations as ceo for 10 years, Jim Moser – formerly based in Sydney – has been appointed chairman of BBDO Europe, as part of the group’s major regional management shake-up.
St John Walshe, currently managing director in Europe, will become ceo of the Americas.
Moser, who stepped down as Clemenger BBDO Group ceo in September, has had several significant agency and group roles in the 19-plus years he has been with the Clemenger network. Prior to that, he led BBDO agencies in Poland and Italy.
In September, Moser’s NZ role was taken over by Jim Gall, who is based in Auckland.
