AUCKLAND, Today: Central city-based design agency Dow Goodfolk has redesigned the imagery for a NZ classic household laundry aid – Sunshine Pegs.
“This is one of those heartwarming stories,” says account manager Rebecca Hamer.
“How irresistible is a brand called Sunshine Pegs? Especially with a history that brings to mind the days of rotary clothes lines shifting lazily in an Antipodean backyard breeze – days when a New Zealand backyard had room for one!
“And people didn’t care what they looked like!
“So it was our pleasure to shine a light on this New Zealand icon – which looks a whole lot better than a rotary clothes line – and celebrate its longevity and commitment to old-fashioned quality manufacturing.”
