AUCKLAND, Tuesday: He may have suspended his M+AD sub (after we “exchanged views” on a recent campaign story – now deleted from our site) but Barnes Catmur & Friends Dentsu founder/partner Daniel Barnes has lost nothing of his wit.
“Well, I’m sorry David but obviously I can’t really discuss this further with you as you’ve demonstrated that you will simply try to publish whatever I might say without my permission,” he wrote when we acknowledged the suspension.
“I’m not going to provide headlines for you. People already pay me for that! I’m glad you did the right thing, finally, however.”
