BBDO, Special, FCB feature in early Lions shortlists

CANNES, Monday: Eighteen New Zealand entries have made the early shortlists in France – with work from Clemenger BBDO, OMD, Special Group, Colenso BBDO, FCB, Carat, Pead, and Drum all getting into the action.

NZ’s BBDO agencies were to the fore – with Clemenger taking eight Outdoor finals spots (all for NZTA Belted Survivors), while Colenso scored one finalist in Film Craft (for DB Breweries I’m Drinking It For You via Liquid Studios, Sweetshop, The Machine Room, Carat, Drum).

Special Group made the Outdoor finals twice (for Uber Eats Shark Bait) via Oddboy, Wonder, Pead PR.

FCB and Colenso are both through in Health & Wellness (FCB for Ministry of Social Development Undercover Crosswords and Colenso for Pedigree SelfieSTIX, via Finch, Franklin Rd, Wavemaker, Flux).

Clemenger/OMD NZTA Road Safety scored four places in the Print & Publishing shortlist, and Colenso/Drum/PHD made it through to the Design shortlist for Spark Kupu.
