TBWA promotes Kate Heatley to GM

AUCKLAND, Wednesday: TBWA New Zealand has promoted operations chief Kate Heatley to general manager. The announcement, which is effective immediately was made in a release from Eleven PR (a division of TBWA).

Heatley has extensive experience in agencies on both sides of the Tasman, including Y&R NZ and FCB Sydney & Auckland, and has worked on multiple blue-chip clients including Gruppo Campari, Mondelez, Beiersdorf, ANZ, 2degrees and Independent Liquor.

TBWA NZ MD Catherine Harris said, “Kate brings enormous heart and professionalism to every role she’s taken on with us.


“As someone who loves both muscle cars and mid-century Italian architect Carlos Scarpa, Kate is a pretty awesome human.”

“As we grow and extend our capabilities, Kate will be focused on continuing to develop a model that delivers to our clients, supports Shane’s creative ambitions, supports our teams and nurtures our culture.”

Heatley said, “The last 16 months at TBWA has been terrific and working alongside Catherine Harris and CCO Shane Bradnick an absolute privilege.
