AUCKLAND, Wednesday: After several pitches, indie creative agency YoungShand has secured three new client wins – appointed to work with Tourism Holdings, managing the creative and media aspects of its Discover Waitomo business. The agency also secured Ministry of Business work, and Vitaco (Healtheries).

YoungShand MD Duncan Shand said (in a statement supplied by One Plus One PR) the appointment is a great addition to its suite of existing clients.

“We’re looking forward to driving some strong growth and promoting THL’s attractions in the Waitomo region,” he said.

Tourism Holdings marketing manager Ollie Farnsworthsaid, “We’re thrilled to partner with YoungShand. They showcased a balanced creative and media approach that felt right for Discover Waitomo, so we’re excited to see what we can achieve together.”

YoungShand has also been appointed as an All-of-Government supplier for the Ministry of Business, Innovation & Employment, and have immediately begun working on a new project which will be launched in the next few months.

“As a passionate, independent, Kiwi agency, we can’t wait to get stuck into some impactful projects for the wider NZ community.”

Prior to this appointment, the agency also completed a website build for the Prime Minister’s Business Advisory Council.

“It’s a great validation to have been appointed to the All-of-Government list,” says YoungShand CD Anne Boothroyd. “As a passionate, independent, Kiwi-owned agency, we can’t wait to get stuck into some impactful projects for the wider New Zealand community.”

Lastly, health company Vitaco has appointed YoungShand as its digital media agency on a project basis across all of their brands, including Healtheries.

“We appointed YoungShand as we wanted an agency that really understands digital, and has the proven ability to focus on optimisation to generate the right sort of results,” says Julia Van De Coolwijk, Vitaco head of NZ marketing.

These series of wins come off the back of a string of new hires for YoungShand over the past 18-months, bolstering the creative, account service, digital and media offering within the business.

“We’ve entered an exciting period of growth that reflects our team’s ongoing hard work and passion for our current clients,” said Shand.
