AUCKLAND, Wednesday: Shopper marketing agency Energi has developed a new campaign for Musashi sports nutrition bars, powders, and supplements range, available in supermarkets and specialty sports nutrition retailers nationwide. The brand is owned by health-nutrition company Vitaco NZ.

The campaign invites all-comers to “Beat Your Best” with a short, sharp workout circuit that promises to challenge the everyday fitness community through to finely tuned athletes. The circuit has been designed by NZ King in the Ring kickboxing champion (and Musashi ambassador) Carlos Ulberg.

There are weekly prizes of Musashi product for the best performers, and one lucky participant will win a trip for two to watch Musashi brand ambassador Rob Whittaker (a Kiwi fighting out of Sydney) defend his Middleweight Ultimate Fighting Championship title against Israel Adesanya in Australia in October.

The campaign is being supported by a combination of radio and social media.

  • The Musashi #beatyourbest challenge is being held through-out Auckland during July and August at participating gyms and fitness centres. For details www.beatyourbest.co.nz
