AUCKLAND, Friday: Saatchi & Saatchi head of PR & social Isobel Kerr-Newell last week sent us a release about the agency’s new My Food Bag campaign – along with a courtesy note advising that “I’m now back from maternity leave”.
Sniffing a good story, we immediately wired back: “How about a photo of the recent arrival”?
“That’s OK with me and her Dad,” Kerr-Newell replied (after a bit of a think). She also sent us this terrific hi-res image.

“My daughter Sadie was born on the 1st of October 2018 so she’s nearly 10 months old now,” she says.

“I’ve also been able to have a phased return to work and flexible hours which has been amazing while I find my feet as a working mum.”
