AUCKLAND, Today: The company previously known Outdoor Media Group (OMG) has rebranded to Cartel Media, and celebrated with a new take on ad options at Eden Park – via the Effies.

Daryl Harris, MD of the NZ-owned, Newmarket-based indie media agency, said: “To highlight the fact that Cartel can get brands into places that no other media can, we created personalised posters for Effies finalists and popped them up in the bathrooms at the awards.

“The following day Cartel then followed up with personal drop-offs to agencies with deliveries of No Ugly (a beverage designed to help cope with the morning after the night before) and a personalised note of congratulations.
