AUCKLAND, Today: Large NZ influencer marketing company The Social Club has added several key hires in the past few months, two of which are newly created roles.
Sally Dunn joins as an account director, following on from her client lead role at Little Giant, Linked by Isobar.
Dunn will now be managing many of The Social Club’s large clients, as well as running a team within the agency as it looks towards its next growth phase.
Dunn says she is thrilled to be a part of the expanding business: “The Social Club is making a real shift in the industry, disrupting the status quo with new services that deliver undeniable results for leading brands across both New Zealand and Australia.”
Gyles Foster takes up the other newly created position of growth partnership manager. He joins from Firefly Digital where he worked as a business development manager, where he will take on The Social Club’s first growth role, upskilling and educating the market on the opportunities presented by influencer marketing. Foster will also assist with the rollout of new social solutions.
“I’m proud to have joined such a dynamic and customer-centric business that is continuing to innovate the industry. The Social Club has exciting plans for 2020 and I am thrilled to be a part of these, he said.
Meanwhile, Charlotte Caines, a former account manager at Mango, has also recently joined The Social Club as a campaign producer.
The Social Club founder/ceo Georgia McGillivray says the expanding team is indicative of the growth they have embarked on as a business.
“It’s great to have such a strong team including Sally, Gyles and Charlotte on board and taking us into the New Year, helping with the next phase of growth,” she says.
“We have some exciting new offerings to come in 2020 and we’re primed to capitalise on the insights from our recently released study into the digital landscape in the New Zealand market.”
