AUCKLAND, Today: After relaunching their new look agency in 2018, Jo Tacon & Carren Richardson-Park have continued to grow their business quietly and assuredly, both with new hires as well as winning new clients.
The latest client to join them is Zoetis NZ, one of NZ’s leading animal health companies.

Duncan Wilson has joined the Charm ladies as their head of creative. Suzi Ferenth has joined as senior account director, and Phillipa McBeth as digital producer.
Also new at Charm is creative services manager Miranda Kennedy, an experienced senior designer in her own right.
Charm has grown from a team of seven to a team of 14 since they launched.
