AUCKLAND, Tuesday: Grey Lynn customer insights agency Perceptive has appointed Priya Patel to its customer experience team. Perceptive CX team leader Sammie Parkinson said: “This comes after several account wins and a period of growth.
“Priya Patel joins Perceptive as a CX data analyst after completing her internship with Perceptive and graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Auckland last year.
“Priya might be the new kid on the block but has hit the ground running, helping us to collect and process customer experience data right through to reporting insights for our clients.”
Patel said: “I crave to play with valuable data and insightful information to create positive customer experiences and I’m looking forward to developing these skills further with the team.”

She will be responsible for data cleaning, survey implementation, and helping Perceptive manage their customer experience platform, Customer Monitor. Her appointment is effective immediately.
