Nielsen NZ appoints Amanda Lane as new measurement director

AUCKLAND, Tuesday: Amanda Lane has joined Nielsen’s New Zealand commercial team as director of media measurement.

Nielsen NZ executive director Tony Boyte said: “Amanda has 25 years’ experience with both qualitative and quantitative research across brand, service, and consumer sentiment, as well as technical product development experience, and will work closely with New Zealand’s media players, particularly broadcasters, to deliver better outcomes for both them and the industry as a whole. 

“With management and hands-on experience, across a range of verticals, Amanda is a research and insights expert who has spent a number of years working with leading brands, including Procter & Gamble, Lion Breweries and most recently Stuff.

“Amanda shares Nielsen’s drive to further strengthen our commercial offerings and relationships with our clients and we’re thrilled to welcome her.”
