AUCKLAND, Today: Auckland Design Week (ADW) is back in 2025 with a big announcement! They’ve teamed up with Tonic Communications to ramp up the buzz and bring the event to the forefront in New Zealand.

Under the leadership of General Manager Georgia Coleman, Tonic will be pushing ADW into the spotlight, boosting its profile both locally and globally. Their plan? To highlight New Zealand’s design prowess and make ADW a must-visit event in Auckland.

Set for 3-9 March 2025, ADW will celebrate design with a futuristic Chance + Change theme. Following a smash-hit debut in 2024, this year’s event aims to go even bigger, drawing inspiration from global design festivals. Design superstar Karim Rashid will headline, alongside top brands like Resene, Forté, and Lexus.

Jen Jones commented on the collaboration, “Bringing an event like ADW to life has been one of my most challenging accomplishments to date, and it takes a village.

“Georgia and her team at Tonic have already been such a valuable support to the event and I am impressed with their passion and professionalism. We are excited to work together and share the rich stories of our homegrown design talent and the power of design to inspire, inform and innovate.”
