Gerety launches In-House Agency of the Year

AUCKLAND, Today: The 2025 Gerety Awards standard deadline is fast approaching, with entries due by Friday, April 11th. Continuing last year’s partnership, Gerety and The Industry Club are once again recognising the best in-house agency in the world.

It’s part of an ongoing push to spotlight in-house creativity—a sector that’s growing fast and getting better recognition across the industry.

The Industry Club recently launched the UK’s first In-House Talent & Salary Survey with The In-House Agency Leaders Club (IHALC), offering key insights into the evolving in-house space.

The In-House Agency of the Year title will go to the highest scoring in-house team, based on points across all shortlists and medal wins.

The Industry Club will present the award, which its Founder and MD Melissa Smith says is long overdue. “In-house agencies continue to push the boundaries of creativity while navigating the unique challenges of operating within a brand.

“The In-House Agency of the Year award is a well-deserved recognition of their innovation, impact, and growing influence in the industry. We are proud to partner with Gerety once again to shine a spotlight on the exceptional talent within these teams and celebrate their contributions to the creative landscape.”

This year’s jury is the largest yet, with 245 judges from 50 countries. Entries will be judged solely on the originality of the idea and execution.

Named after Frances Gerety—the woman behind the iconic line “A diamond is forever”—the awards celebrate creativity that connects with the world’s most powerful consumers.
