Google NZ country director Caroline Rainsford, DDB NZ CCO Damon Stapleton, and Cheil Worldwide global CCO Malcolm Poynton are among the distinguished global comms leaders who will speak at the APAC Advertising Week in Sydney later this month.

The event – a first in the Southern Hemisphere – will be held at Luna Park from Monday 30 July 30 to Thursday 2 August.

New York-based Advertising Week founder/ceo Matt Scheckner said: “Over four jam-packed days, hear from global and local key speakers across the media, marketing, creative and technology sectors, including Joel Madden, Russel Howcroft and Jules Lund.

“Ticket prices range from students at A$79 (NZ$86) to Platinum Delegate at A$1499 (NZ$1631).”

“From diversity to transparency, innovation and technology, Advertising Week promises inspiring and educational content for both brand professionals and students.”

Scheckner says he’s pleased about Advertising Week’s decision to move into the APAC region, the role the global forum plays in bringing the creative industries together, and how the platform gives rise to budding ad men and women, communicators and storytellers.
