Advertising and marketing giant, The Clemenger Group has appointed a new in-house recruitment team who will help ensure the Group continues to attract an “unfair share of the best talent around.”
The talent acquisition team of Charlotte Gordon and Angela Inglis will manage all the Group’s recruitment across its family of agencies: Colenso BBDO; Proximity NZ; Clemenger BBDO;.99 Enterprises; JustOne Ltd; Touchcast; Raydar; and Brandworld.
They will recruit across all disciplines from account service, CRM/direct, digital, experiential and creative for the Group’s Auckland and Wellington offices.
Jim Moser, CEO of the Clemenger Group, New Zealand says both women bring complimentary experience to their roles.
“Charlotte has a wealth of knowledge recruiting in the advertising industry both here and in the UK. She returns to NZ after ten years in London where she specialised in recruiting for the advertising, broadcast and media industries. Charlotte successfully grew the business and established strong and long lasting relationships with clients AMV, McCaan Erikson, Discovery, Disney and MTV,” he said.
“And Angela knows the advertising industry from the inside out. She has held creative and operation service roles at significant agencies in New Zealand and Australia. This, combined with her three year’s recruitment experience in the industry, gives her a unique perspective on the needs and challenges of agencies.”

This New Zealand focused team is part of a wider Clemenger Group initiative and will work alongside talent acquisition specialists in Sydney and Melbourne.
