Ogilvy & Mather has appointed two senior people – Anita Waugh and Paul Pritchard – as part of its mission to introduce top-tier talent to its ranks.
Waugh has 18 years’ experience leading brand & marketing communications strategy, design, projects and teams. Her role at O&M will be brand director – fmcg brand strategy development.
She has previously worked for \ Vodafone, ANZ, 2degrees, Coca-Cola and Microsoft.
Pritchard takes the reigns as chief digital officer. He has 15 years in the industry as ceo at APD Group and senior roles at RappTribal and DDB NZ.
Existing OgilvyChange team member Renee Jaine is also taking a step up from choice architect to business director in the Wellington office.
O&M managing director Greg Partington says the new line-up is a game changer for clients seeking competitive advantage in their categories.
