MediaWorks has appointed Andrew Szusterman as group content and entertainment brand director: The new role is charged with creating the cross-platform strategy for MediaWorks’ entertainment content and brands, maximising the way content is shared across the company’s television, radio and digital assets, and developing new content and revenue opportunities.

Up and away: Air NZ has appointed Rachel Broadmore as internal communications manager. Previously she was comms manager at DB Breweries for two years.

Digital agency Touchcast promotes Will Joyce to GM of its Auckland office: Says Andrew Hawley, managing director of Touchcast New Zealand: “After many months of searching, we’ve identified a fantastic internal candidate in Will Joyce, currently our head of strategy. Kelly Addis returns to lead new Auckland agency: Zoo Auckland has recently opened its doors in Mt Eden, marking the Melbourne agency’s first international venture. The Auckland agency will be headed by Kelly Addis, formerly based in Melbourne, and whose role has expanded to Auckland/Melbourne CEO.
