ASA report deadline looms

Submissions close on Wednesday 13 April for the Advertising Standards Authority review of the Children’s Code for Advertising Food and the Code for Advertising to Children.

The submissions will be considered by an independent panel consisting of health and industry interests and chaired by a retired judge.

This document includes background information that you may find useful in preparing your submission. The thrust of the comments relate to the Children’s Code for Advertising Food.
