AUCKLAND, Today: The Laughing Cow cheese and Abe’s Bagels are on the hunt for the yummiest bagel-cheese recipe down under! They’ve launched a fun contest in Australia and New Zealand to find innovative recipes that mix their products.
Starting today and ending on 3 March, food enthusiasts are encouraged to dream up mouth-watering creations using The Laughing Cow cheese atop an Abe’s Bagel. Contestants can add up to three more ingredients to whip up something delicious. Once they’ve named their dish and snapped a pic, they can submit it via DM to @thelaughingcowaunz on Instagram.
The top recipe wins $2,000 AUD and gets featured on International Day of Happiness on 20 March at a popular Sydney café, where 100 free samples will delight the public.

Justine Schofield, celebrity chef and ex-MasterChef Australia star, is the campaign’s star. She’ll whip up her own bagel concoction and help judge the entries.

Judging wraps up on 3 March, with The Laughing Cow and Abe’s Bagels representatives joining Justine on the panel. The winner will be announced the next week.
