Six mates, 46 years since they’d last seen each other, one incredible reunion: The new campaign tells the story of six friends who formed a band called Tramp back in the seventies, split up, and remained apart for two and a half decades.

Back in 1972, with a couple of recordings under their belt, Tramp flew down to Wellington to compete at Studio One New Faces – the seventies equivalent of the Smokefree Rockquest. But after being eliminated from the competition, they all went their separate ways.

Forty-six years later, with everyone living in different parts of the country and hemisphere, Jetstar flew the whole band back to Wellington for an epic reunion and jam session.

The story has been captured in an online video and is being supported with OOH and press executions encouraging others to get out and Do It Again like Tramp.

It’s quite a yarn – well worth watching the ad!
