Colenso, DDB, Y&R score in the US

NEW YORK, Tuesday: One 1st Prize (equivalent to Gold), a 2nd Prize, and four 3rd Prizes went to New Zealand entries at the 2019 New York Festivals Advertising Awards, announced last night.

The Gold went to Colenso BBDO for its celebrated SelfieSTIX in the Mobile category. SelfieSTIX also won Silver (in Products & Services). And Colenso picked up a Bronze for Spark Kupu (in Best Use of Digital/Mobile).

DDB NZ won a Bronze for Speights The Dance (in Food), and Y&R also scored Bronze for TradeMe RIP Simon the Sloth (Financial). Ditto Colenso, which took a Bronze for Get The Skinny (in Best Use of Influencer).

In total, the juries awarded a Best of Show (Black Supermarket from Marcel Paris), seven Grand Prize Awards, 71 First Prize Awards, 209 Second Prize Awards, and 205 Third Prize Awards.
