Colenso BBDO and Special Group have two nominee finalists through in the New York-based Webby Awards 2016, which celebrates Internet achievement. DDB, FCB, Saatchi, Method Studios, Y&R are also through, with one finalist spot.
NZ also has four official honorees – DNA Design, Locales, DDB, and Special Group.
Nominees are the best five entries in each category; honourees are “additional outstanding entries”. Both appear to be finalists (although the Webby site is somewhat opaque on the rewards for honourees).
Colenso’s two nominee finalists are both for Pedigree Found, while Special’s are both for 2degrees Play the Bridge.
