AUCKLAND, Wednesday: Colenso BBDO has appointed Londoner Rob Graves-Morris to the role of senior copywriter on the other side of the world.

Over the past year he has been freelancing for Ogilvy London and more recently Brooklyn Brothers, creating work for Mini, Jaguar and Castrol. Prior to this, he was at M&C Saatchi London, where he won at D&AD and LIA for Transport London’s Think Slow campaign.

“There’s a big entrepreneurial spirit here, so it seems like the ideal place for me to grow.”

Before his time at M&C Saatchi he was at Dare London.

Graves-Morris said: “It wasn’t just another job, but another culture. That’s what excited me about the move. Colenso makes a lot of positive noise and I’m keen to contribute to that.

“There’s also a big entrepreneurial spirit here, so it seems like the ideal place for me to grow.”

Colenso CCO Levi Slavin said: “Rob is a truly innovative thinker, with a passion for launching and building brands. We’re thrilled to have him join us.”
