Dentsu Aegis Network launched its annual volunteer initiative, One Day for Change, for the fifth consecutive year last Friday, with staff volunteering their time to support more than 40 different charity organisations in ANZ.

Last year, 6646 Dentsu Aegis Network staff across APAC participated in One Day for Change giving over 33,000 hours of their time to local communities.

Melbourne-based DAN ANZ ceo Simon Ryan said: “I’m very proud of what we have achieved with One Day for Change this year, and beyond this, the time and energy that many of our people donate to the community on an ongoing basis.

“With upwards of 1900 staff in Australia and New Zealand, we can collectively have a huge and positive impact by joining forces for good.”

Staff at DAN in Australia and New Zealand have partnered with more than 40 charity organisations in Australasia.

In New Zealand, DAN will support long term partner the Graham Dingle Foundation, hosting a day of workshops for students in need. This follows DAN NZ ceo Rob Harvey being dropped 192m from Auckland’s Sky Tower for the annual Drop Your Boss campaign last week.
