NZME and team shine in 2024 Deloitte Top 200 Awards

AUCKLAND, Today: New Zealand Media and Entertainment (NZME) and two of its standout team members are finalists for the upcoming Deloitte Top 200 Awards in December.

David Mackrell, NZME’s Chief Financial Officer, is up for Tax Traders CFO of the Year. This award celebrates CFOs who bring value and success through strong financial leadership.

Mackrell, who joined in 2019, oversees strategy, finance, investor relations, IT, legal, and insights. He also manages pricing strategies, ensuring NZME’s competitiveness in an evolving market.

Kathryn Luxton, GM Digital and Marketing at OneRoof, is a finalist for the University of Auckland Business School Young Executive of the Year. Kathryn’s leadership has strengthened OneRoof’s brand, audience, and digital products, propelling the platform’s growth since her start in 2021.

NZME is also nominated in the 2degrees Best Growth Strategy category, recognising exceptional growth among New Zealand businesses.
