Brand consistency in an omnichannel world is the discussion focus at Shoptalk – a retailer meetup that precedes the inaugural NZ E-Commerce 1 to 1 one-day event coming to the Maritime Room Auckland on Thursday 20 July.

Previously, E-Commerce 1 to 1 has been held in France, the UK, Australia and South-East Asia.

International speakers in Auckland include R M Williams Australia head of e-commerce Rebecca Jourdan, Melbourne-based Jetstar digital experience & channels manager Nicola Clement, and Aussie author/e-commerce adviser Jonathan Reeve (Retail’s Last Mile).

The topic du jour: Moving from E-Commerce to Total Enterprise Commerce.

Delegates get access to the Business Connect app to connect with other attendees before and during the event.

There’s also a Retailer Spotlight Session, with an iMedia Panel discussion chaired by Lisa Powell (Amblique) and featuring Chris Reid (Hallensteins Glassons) James Fleet (Jones Family Business), Sally Copland (Countdown) and Dave Hughes (Briscoes).

Then there’s the aforementioned Shoptalk – Brand Consistency in an Omnichannel World, which kicks off the night before.
