First Star owner steps aside for new ceo

Wellington creative agency First Star has appointed Aaron White as ceo, replacing owner Adam Blackwell, who remains with the agency in an advisory capacity.

Previously, White has been GM at AIM Proximity, M&C Saatchi and Ogilvy. He says that after spending the last eight years at larger agencies, he wanted to join a smaller team.
