AUCKLAND, Today: Colenso BBDO had a huge 2024, winning Cannes Lions Agency of the Year (Pacific), securing new business, and taking home New Zealand’s first Immortal Award. Now, the agency is expanding its creative team with four senior hires.
Joining the top of College Hill are senior creative duo Mitchell Crowe and Ben Carroll, Senior Art Director Julia Ferrier, and returning Senior Art Director Harry Skelton.
Mitch and Ben come from Augusto, where they led major Adidas campaigns, including three Move For The Planet initiatives. Their portfolio features some of the biggest names in sports.
Julia joins from Clemenger, where she played a key role in campaigns like the Ministry of Social Development’s Love Creep and ‘Broken Hearts’. She also helped Te Whatu Ora encourage Kiwis to Let your body go to work.

Before Clemenger, she worked with Special to create Kathmandu’s sparkling merman in Summer Never Sleeps and picked up a Cannes Grand Prix at FCB London for Pearson’s Project Literacy.
Harry returns after traveling through Southeast Asia, capturing street photography in dive bars, and freelancing across New Zealand. His work has spanned from the Department of Conservation to Balter Beer.
