Assignment has retained the Z Energy creative business, successfully fending off a number of unnamed agencies in a pitch.
“We’ve been through a very thorough process to review our brand agency partner,” said Z Energy spokesman Jonathan Hill in a statement released to media.
“At the five- year mark of our journey as a local company, the time was right for us to review this part of our business; particularly with the focus and importance we place on brand.”
“We’ve satisfied ourselves through this process that there remains a good creative alignment between the two companies and we look forward to continuing to work with them,” said Hill.
Z Energy has three agency partners – retail (JWT), digital (Heyday), and Assignment (creative). It’s – by rate card – was $6.8 million.
