AUCKLAND, Today: The Marketing Association has engaged three prominent ad execs and a radio DJ to present its timely Women in Marketing event next month, which aims to “showcase the stories, talent, and insights of the women (and men) in our industry, while also discussing how to best engage women as a target audience”.

The speakers are …

  • FCB strategy GM Sue Gill
  • Stanley St strategist Dan West
  • NZME Flava announcer Bel Crawford

Pick’s topic is What Diversity & Inclusion mean in marketing, how we elevate diverse voices and role models in the marketing industry.

Gill and West will co-present Changing the narrative: overcoming gender stereotyping in storytelling.

Crawford (who also hosts The Self-Love Club podcast) will present From self-doubt to self-love: overcoming the imposter syndrome.

Women in Marketing will be held at the Cordis Auckland on Tuesday 16 February from 12.45pm to 6pm.
