CHRISTCHURCH, Today: Go Media, a leader in New Zealand’s out-of-home advertising, has reached a major milestone. Their digital billboard network now covers 120 sites, reaching 1.8 million people every two weeks.
The expansion includes notable spots like Wellington Gateway and Manukau Gateway, with Ponsonby on the way. This solidifies Go Media’s leadership in digital billboard advertising.
Along with this growth, the team has welcomed five new hires. Jamie Allen joins as Marketing Director, Lizzie Westgate as Account Director in Auckland, and Ash Edge as Account Director in Wellington.
Further expansion is expected in Auckland’s sales team, with more updates coming soon.
“It’s going to be a fun-filled occasion and definitely not to be missed.” – Dean Shaw
To celebrate, Go Media is hosting a 1920s-themed event at Lilly World in Go Media Stadium on October 17th. Inspired by The Great Gatsby and Peaky Blinders, the night will be packed with music and entertainment.
“We have wanted to celebrate our recent Sales Team of the Year win with our whole company, but have held off for better weather and until we hit the 120 sites so we could make it an industry event.
“Given we have just signed a four-year extension to our Go Media Stadium naming rights deal, we wanted the event to be at the stadium, and we’ve timed it to christen a brand-new sound shell going into Lilly World.
“It’s going to be a fun-filled occasion and definitely not to be missed,” adds Director and Founder Dean Shaw, who will also be performing with his band on the night.
The evening will be a tribute to the partnerships that have fuelled Go Media’s growth and success, promising an unforgettable celebration.
