AUCKLAND, Today: TVNZ has announced a deal that will see Kiwibank become the new broadcast partner for weekly current affairs programme Sunday, one of the network’s highest-rating programmes.
The contract was sealed with the support of agencies Fuse, OMD Wellington, Special, and TVNZ Blacksand, who all worked on the project. Kiwibank is the largest New Zealand-owned, B-Corp certified bank.
As part of the partnership, Kiwibank and TVNZ will share stories of sustainable business successes, in a new content series Kiwibank: Business for Better.
These will run as short episodes, with a focus on showcasing Kiwi businesses that are making a positive impact on Aotearoa while staying commercially successful.
The series will screen on air during Sunday commercial breaks, alongside longer versions which will stream on TVNZ+ and across social media channels.

TVNZ commercial director Jodi O’Donnell said, “We are excited to be working closely with Kiwibank – not only on the broadcast partnership, but on the content series too.”
