Marketo scores in Satisfaction rankings

Global marketing software company Marketo has ranked #1 in G2Crowd’s latest rankings for Best Marketing Automation Software for Enterprises. Marketo earned the highest overall satisfaction and market presence scores.

The Fall 2016 Marketing Automation Software Grid from G2Crowd, designed to help enterprises make the best marketing automation technology decision, placed Marketo in the lead based on a strong customer satisfaction data, along with market presence based on social and public data.

Bill Binch, Marketo’s Sydney-based ANZ managing director, says this is a great result for the company. “Put it down to great work across the board from a team focused on driving an exceptional customer experience,” he said.

“This is shown in the volume of advocates who’ve raised their hand in this report. Not only do we have the best reviews, but we also have the most: 176 reviews, 166% more than the next vendor at 66 reviews.”
