Orcon IRL is back with a line-up of media people and journalists doing a free round table talk session this Tuesday night.
Public Address’s Russell Brown will host the event alongside Mana magazine editor Leonie Hayden. On the panel: Radio New Zealand’s Guyon Espiner, NZ Herald’s Kirsty Johnston, The Spinoff’s Alex Casey, as well as former MediaWorks head of news, Mark Jennings and former NZ Herald editor, Tim Murphy
Among other things they’ll be talking the age of merging media and the digital takeover.
Orcon says Guyon’s tipped to talk about his early starts as co-host of Morning Report on RNZ, while Mark and Tim hope to shed some light on the rapidly-changing media landscape.
