MediaWorks has made a raft of new hires in its commercial division, introducing a virtual new wave of managers to its teams across Auckland.
Aimi Cadwallader (head of sales transformation), Paul Colegate (head of commercial operations), Natasha O’Connor (general manager agency sales), James Roberts (commercial strategy advisor), Aaron Dawson (general manager agency sales), Caylee Geldenhuys (Bravo commercial manager), Mark Banbrook (digital sales manager – direct), Melanie Gielen (head of digital ad operations) Amy Madden (Bravo commercial manager) and Katrina Chapman (commercial insights manager).
The Bravo commercial management roles are newly established with Caylee Geldenhuys and Amy Madden working with the MediaWorks sales teams in driving Bravo revenue and taking commercial solutions to market alongside Bravo sales manager Laurissa Hollis.
The appointment of Katrina Chapman as commercial insights manager is also a new role for MediaWorks where she will work with the trade marketing team to provide commercial insights in order to deliver on trade strategy.

The commercial team is further boosted by the internal promotions of Michelle Cole (head of tv sales), Gerhard Simanke (head of radio sales), Jess Knox (head of trade marketing & customer insight), Danielle Tolich (head of radio integration), Johnathan Schaffer (head of radio pricing & planning) and Katrina Bartlett (pricing and trading manager).
