AUCKLAND, Today: The NZ Marketing Association is rightly cashing in on the reputation in NZ of Melbourne Business School adjunct professor of marketing Mark Ritson.

The Prof – a respected commentator on the NZ ad-media scene –is to design and deliver an online series for Kiwi marketers – the Work From Home Marketing Bootcamp.

An unsigned flyer received this morning from the NZMA says: “We find ourselves dealing with the realities of working from home, and there is a real danger that our skills could suffer.”

Launching on Monday 20 April this weekly live-stream will explore marketing topics, with a focus on how to apply them in the challenging time of Covid-19 and beyond.

This is a 12-week programme, which will include a one-hour webinar on a single topic, with each week building on the previous week’s topic.

Each webinar will cover:

  • The theory behind the marketing concept
  • How this concept applies in a regular business environment
  • How this concept applies in a Covid-19 environment
  • And concluding with a case study of best practice of this concept.
  • This will be followed by a Q&A session on Thursdays, with the opportunity to add questions throughout the week.

The WFH Marketing Bootcamp will set you back NZ$395+gst.

Registrations are open between Wednesday 25 March and Friday 25 April.
