AUCKLAND, Today: NZME is dialling up its presence in Canterbury, locking in a trio of new leadership appointments across its Christchurch operation.
Joining the team as GM Agency Sales is James Matthews, who brings solid experience from Smiths City and digital agencies across NZ and Australia.
“I am thrilled to join the NZME team and am looking forward to building on our well-established relationships with our Christchurch agency partners,” says Matthews.
Backing him up is Danielle Torr, stepping into the newly created role of Sales Lead, Christchurch. She’ll help steer sales strategy and build even stronger agency connections.
Both Matthews and Torr will officially take on their new roles from 1 April.

Rounding out the new leadership lineup is Danny Valentine, who joins as Christchurch Direct Sales Manager with 15 years in media sales and more than two decades of local business experience.
