AUCKLAND, Today: NZME has snared three executives from MediaWorks, in a move that does no favours to a network already under pressure (scroll down for a link to the Spinoff story Return to state-owned monopoly a reality?).
NZME says the hirings will “supercharge the results it delivers for its South Island radio advertisers via its Dunedin based team”.
The trio are:
- GM Janine Tindall-Morice (who becomes GM South Island sales at NZME)
- Sales manager Alice Wisker (GM South Island sales strategy & client services)
- And account manager Anna Esquilant (senior media specialist).
“The move by these extremely talented individuals is a real game changer across the South Island radio sales market,” said NZME regional head Lee Piper.
All three will be based in NZME’s George Street (Dunedin) studios and offices and will take up their new roles in the coming months.
