AUCKLAND, Tuesday: oOh!media has appointed Sydney-based David Wiadrowski as an independent non-executive director, with effect from 29 November 2019.

oOh! chair Tony Faure said Wiadrowski’s appointment, which forms part of the board renewal process, said Wiadrowski’s appointment is the third made this year.

Wiadrowski will also be appointed as the chair of the Company’s audit, risk & compliance committee and will stand for election at the next AGM in May 2020.


“David Wiadrowski joins us as part of a refresh with other recent appointments, including Auckland-based Tim Miles.”

He is currently a non-executive director and chair of the audit & risk committees of ASX listed Vocus Group, carsales.com and Life360 Inc. Previously, he was a partner of PwC for 25 years.

During his time at PwC, Wiadrowski had a focus on technology, entertainment and medianand was the lead audit partner for a number of the firm’s major clients including Network Ten, Seven West Media, APN News & Media and APN Outdoor.
