Shopper marketing agency Energi today moves from the Ground Floor of the TBWA building – the old Public Trust Building in Mayoral Drive – to new premises at Level 1, Tasman Building, 16-22 Anzac Ave, in uptown Auckland; phone 09 300 4666.
“I’ve been under the radar since purchasing Energi Advertising from Gravitas Media on July 1 this year,” says managing director Louise Henderson.
“Going into 2017 with a new company, new premises and a new lease on life has certainly created a whole new source of energy.
“As one of the three new owners, my role is MD, so I’ve been busy under the hood making sure all the parts are in perfect working order before we announced the news of the purchase (which seems like an age ago now).
Her new co-owners are independent strategic planner/researcher Lew Bentley – who’s ex Clemenger BBDO, M&C Saatchi and The Campaign Palace; he was also the 2016 CAANZ Effies convenor of judges.
Energi’s other new co-owner is a silent investor, says Henderson (who’s ex Zoo and String Theory).
“Our focus is on shopper marketing and we have created an amazing new demand-based strategic planning methodology that is proving to be a winner for our existing clients. We are looking forward to 2017 with a new spring in the step and ready for the opportunities the new year will present.”
