NEW YORK, Today: This year, five Kiwis are being given the opportunity to attend Verizon Media’s exclusive industry talent education programme in Sydney in March.

Call for nominations are now open across NZ, with senior agency leaders asked to nominate individuals they consider within their top 5%, with one to seven years of digital industry experience.

Sydney-based ANZ director Paul Sigaloff said the initiative was a testament to Verizon Media’s commitment to nurturing future talent within the NZ industry.

“The New Zealand market is one of the most innovative in the world, but the industry faces a challenge in nurturing talented youngsters in their businesses,” he said.

“Verizon Media Academy is designed to inspire and develop the emerging generation of industry leaders, and give them the skills to take a step up in their careers and enhance your businesses.”

“Last year, Kiwi talent from Wavemaker, VMLY&R (PHD), Kiwibank, DAN and MediaCom made the trip.”
