AUCKLAND, Today: Colenso, Clemenger, DDB led the field in the Axis finalists list – released by the Comms Council yesterday (scroll down for the PDF).
Colenso scored 109 spots, DDB 102, Clemenger Wellington 70, Special Group 49, FCB 37 Saatchi & Saatchi 28, Stanley St 25, and YoungShand with 24.
Other agencies to feature are TBWA, BC&F Dentsu, Assembly, 99, Raydar, WiTH Collective, True, VMLY&R, Wave, Wunderman Thompson, Federation and NZME.

Federation had just one entry – but it made the finals. Perhaps the only agency with a 100% entry-to-finalist conversion rate?
Sweetshop led the production company field with 27 finalists followed by Goodoil 12, Finch 9, Scoundrel 9. Also in with a chance are Liquid Studios, Flying Fish, Flux Animation, Alt.VFX, Film Construction, The Editors, Eight, Heckler, Thick As Thieves, Beatworms, Franklin Rd, and Motion Sickness.
Clemenger’s NZTA Belted Survivors campaign played a significant role in the agency’s success.
