TV3 has appointed Amy Prebble to the new role of Senior Publicist – News & Current Affairs. This is a part-time position reporting into TV3 and FOUR Publicity Manager Jacqui Loates-Haver, responsible for publicising TV3’s News & Current Affairs programmes and people.
Prebble’s 10-year career spans MediaWorks and TVNZ (including TV3, FOUR, TV ONE, and TVNZ 6 and 7, and handling publicity for Dancing with the Stars and NZ Idol.
She is a professional writer and a former sub-editor for the Listener. She joins TV3 from the Blind Foundation, where she was responsible for publicising the foundation’s activity, including Red Puppy Appeal and Blind Week, as well as internal communications.
