The NZ outpost of global media agency Vizeum (part of the Dentsu Aegis Network) has won the Partridge Jewellers account to manage media strategy and planning across all media, as well as buying duties across digital, television and radio.
Print and outdoor will continue to be managed in-house by Partridge.
There was a competitive pitch – but Vizeum has not answered our request to identify the other pitchers. It’s believed the strategy and planning functions were also originally carried out in-house.
Vizeum has also announced the appointment of Suzie Thompson as business director, reporting to GM Richard Hale. Thompson was previously head of media at Contagion.
“Suzie is vibrant, smart, and comes with a diverse skill set that spans digital media, offline media, coupled with commercial experience associated with management of a media department in its own right,” Hale said. “We are lucky to have her on board.”
