AUCKLAND, Today: WPP has announced a new partnership and investment in Stability AI, the company behind Stable Diffusion. The collaboration will strengthen WPP’s AI-driven content solutions across entertainment, streaming, interactive experiences, and immersive storytelling.

Stability AI has quickly become a major player in generative AI, backed by big investors like Greycroft, Coatue Management, and Lightspeed Venture Partners. Its board includes James Cameron, Sean Parker, and CEO Prem Akkaraju.

This partnership brings WPP and Stability AI together to push innovation at the intersection of creativity and technology. WPP will use Stability AI’s top-tier visual media models across images, video, 3D, and audio.

WPP’s real-world market insights will help Stability AI refine its technology, while a joint R&D pipeline will integrate Stability AI’s models directly into WPP’s AI-powered system, WPP Open.

With demand for high-quality visual content rising, this partnership ensures both companies stay ahead. WPP has already demonstrated its expertise with Super Bowl ads featuring stars like Beyoncé and Michael Cera.
